Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days. (If for some reason any items are unavailable or out of stock you will be notified of any delivery hold ups.)
Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, SUP Gear Online takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If your parcel is lost in transit, SUP Gear Online will happily replace the order pending an investigation with the courier company. Please contact us if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing a work address.
Stand Up Paddle Board Deliveries
Please note that when delivering Stand Up Paddle Boards, our freight company requires that someone be home to receive & sign for the board. All Paddle Board deliveries must be checked for damage on receipt - not just the outside packaging. The courier docket must not be signed unless the board is un-damaged.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The delivery times provided by SUP Gear Online are estimates only. SUP Gear online will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.
All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. SUP Gear Online can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. If you have made an error in your delivery details, please contact Customer Service immediately. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
SUP Gear Online can, if notified before goods have been dispatched, accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, SUP Gear Online reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
All warranties offered are the manufacturers warranties and not that of SUP Gear Online.
